Why am I being prompted to upgrade to a premium subscription upon attempting to run a scan, when I have already paid for premium subscription?

    This seems to be a Mac App Store issue. Have you tried restoring purchases?

    Restoring purchases?My back account was debited the amount I paid to upgrade to premium! What is meant by “restoring purchases”?

    If you can not access premium and you have paid for it, restoring purchases will fix this issue. It is a common in-app purchase issue with all in-app purchases.

    Restore purchases in available in the help menu, when you open the application.

    I have opened the application to help menu ,have clicked on Macware antivirus link and only my past discussion thread comes up! I still need the procedure!

    Please click on the restore purchases option. If the option does not appear in the help menu, please send a screenshot so I can make sure you are viewing the correct menu.

    Restore purchase option does not appear in the “help” menu! I find only one menu! Why not give me a written explanation of the procedure?!
