Restoring purchases? My back account was debited the amount I paid to upgrade to premium! What is meant by “restoring purchases”?

If you can not access premium and you have paid for it, restoring purchases will fix this issue. It is a common in-app purchase issue with all in-app purchases.

Please click on the restore purchases option. If the option does not appear in the help menu, please send a screenshot so I can make sure you are viewing the correct menu.

Restore purchase option does not appear in the “help” menu! I find only one menu! Why not give me a written explanation of the procedure?!
